Using the PPFD (PAR) meter

• Measure at canopy height (where the leaves are).

• Take multiple points and adjust fixture height until the average hits your target.

CO₂ guidelines & safety

• Typical targets: 800–1200 ppm in sealed, high-PPFD setups.

• Run CO₂ only while lights are on; ventilate between cycles.

• Follow safety instructions for CO₂ in enclosed rooms.

Swapping probes in GGS

Replace the Temp/RH/Light probe with the Temp/Humi/VPD/PPFD probe and add the CO₂ sensor. Everything connects via RJ12 (plug-and-play).

Common mistakes (and fixes)

• High PPFD without CO₂ → lower PPFD or raise CO₂ in a controlled way.

• Uneven PPFD → measure more points; even out fixture distance/angle.

• No day/night after upgrade → PPFD probe lacks side light sensor; set day/night in the schedule.
