Shipment processing time

We will process your order within 1–3 business days, excluding Fridays, noon EST, Weekends, and holidays. A high volume of orders may extend the estimated shipping time. We'll notify you if your shipment is delayed.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Sweden: 105-345 SEK depending on size and weight

Scandinavia & Europe: €35-129 depending on size and weight

Delivery time

Sweden: 1-3 business days

Scandinavia & EU: 2-4 business days

Shipment confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll get a Shipment Confirmation email.

Taxes & Fees

Swedish VAT will be applied to all destinations within the EU. All of our products are shipped from Sweden.

Damages

STOCKHOLM REPTILES isn't responsible for products damaged in shipping.
File a claim with the shipment carrier if your order arrived damaged. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
